Binary Quest Software is hiring a mid-level Software Developer in Dhaka. You will build business applications for our own products and for clients in Bangladesh, Australia and New Zealand. We care more about how you think about systems than which framework you know. Be strong in .NET or Node.js, and able to pick up the other. The role reports to the team lead.

Responsibilities

  • Turn requirements and PRDs into features, from database to API to UI
  • Design data models, APIs, background jobs and third-party integrations
  • Review AI-generated and teammate code for correctness, security and fit
  • Write tests, keep CI passing, and keep task status up to date
  • Debug production issues with the System Administrator and keep architecture notes current

Must have

  • 3–5 years building production web applications in .NET or Node.js
  • HTTP, REST, authentication, background jobs, queues and caching
  • Schema design, SQL, indexes and transactions in PostgreSQL or SQL Server
  • Daily AI coding assistant, and the judgment to catch wrong or insecure output
  • Git, code review, Docker, written English, and Dhaka on-site

Nice to have

  • Production experience in both .NET and Node.js
  • React or another modern frontend
  • LLM APIs, Kubernetes with Helm, or Odoo
  • Python, or work with overseas clients

What we offer

Full-time, on-site in Dhaka. Base salary is Tk 50,000 – 60,000 a month.
