Binary Quest Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Global Clients) who has hands-on experience working directly with international customers across different time zones and cultures. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions while collaborating closely with overseas clients, product owners, and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in requirement analysis, technical decision-making, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with global standards. Responsibilities
Work directly with foreign / international clients to gather requirements, clarify scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web and/or mobile applications following best practices.
- Participate in system architecture, technical design, and code reviews to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
- Lead or mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to coding standards and documentation practices.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and technical constraints clearly to non-technical international stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and quality standards expected by global clients.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities for international projects.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
- Proven experience working directly with foreign / international clients (US, EU, UK, Australia, Middle East, etc.).
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).
- Solid backend development experience using C# / Node.js / Java (tech stack flexible based on project).
- Experience with REST APIs, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote global teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with enterprise software.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker).
- Prior experience in client-facing roles, demos, or technical presentations.
- Understanding of cross-cultural communication and global delivery models.
